Wimbledon London Sw20

We were contacted via Checkatrade and asked to quote on an period home Just off Wimbledon high street.
I made an appointment and visited the property the following day.
The customer was moving in soon and required a complete redecoration from top to bottom.
I said we were interested and asked when he was moving in and when did he require the work done?

He said he was getting the keys in 3 days time Thursday (28th) and was moving in on Wednesday  the 3rd of August.
Wow! That gave us six days to paint this whole house!
Three floors / three stair cases / three reception rooms with high ceilings and detailed cornice work / three bathrooms / two utility rooms and an open plan kitchen.
plus most of the rooms had damaged ceilings from leak damage and nearly all the rooms were riddled with subsidence cracks.

We have taken on some challenges in our years but six days to paint a house this large was a huge undertaking.

The job went ahead and we started on the 28th and completed on time and within budget.
We worked all the way through the weekend and at times had six men on the job. 
the customer was extremely happy and he bought all the lads a crate of German beer as a thank you.
