Full house redecoration

Full house redecoration in preparation for sale in Richmond Surrey
Two bedroom ground floor flat which was in need of redecoration. The property had deep cracks in the ceilings and walls and there was damp stains from a previous leak upstairs. The wood and worktops were also showing their age so we sanded all the wood surfaces down and stained them with medium oak before treating them with Danish oil.
Walls and ceilings were sanded down using 240grit sandpaper till they were smooth and any imperfections and cracks were filled before we spray painted them.
The end result using this method resulted in the surfaces being a 'faultless' finish. No brush or roller marks.
We had a few issues with some of the walls where the damp had been so intensive it had 'blown' the plaster away from the walls. we had to strip the damaged plaster off and then replaster the effected areas.

Two bedroom open living space in a private complex in Putney SW London.
We really enjoyed working on this home for a lovely couple moving into their first home together. We had a few challenging tasks and we were working on a tight time frame but we managed to come in on budget and one day early for them.
***** Joe and his sons did an excellent job on our new flat. The paint work looks lovely and they were very good at tidying up afterwards. They even sourced and replaced some of skirting boards for us which were rotten. Would definitely recommend!

A couple of rooms decorated for a regular client of ours. Walls were painted in Johnstones Cleanable matt (Colour matched) and the woodwork in Johnstones Brilliant white eggshell

We was contacted by the manager of a private housing estate in Richmond after he saw one of our flyers in the Johnstones Richmond branch. We arranged a meeting and i gave him a quotation on repairing and painting twenty garage doors.
Some of the doors were in very bad condition where the bottoms had rotted and would require the rot being cut away and replaced with new wood before painting. The job started in April and thankfully the weather held up for us. The client was very happy as well as the residents who we got to know during the week.

We were contacted by a couple who wanted a spare bedroom decorated in preparation of their new baby. The sash window was in bad condition where we had to rebuild the struts. The room was painted in two farrow and ball colours.

A full house redecoration painted in white using our spraying machines.
most of the walls were freshly plastered , however we still had some preparation to do. The end result was a beautiful finish. We used Johnstones Acylic matt for the kitchen and bathroom areas and Johnstones coverplus for the rest of the house. The woodwork was painted in Johnstones Satinwood.
Teddington SW London
August / End of tenancy job
We was contacted by one of the local estate agents we work for to redecorate a flat in Teddington. We had to decorate the whole flat in three days. There was quite a lot of prep needed as some of the walls were showing signs of wear and tear. Deep cracks had appeared and there was also some water and mould damage.

Two week restoration of period home in Richmond. A nice job with a few of the usual period home challenges - Cracked walls and ceilings which needed to be fixed and filled. We also encountered some problems around the sash windows where the render had blown away from the walls.
